Business environment from Hancesti is skeptical about the establishment of new local taxes and indirect mechanism for estimating the incomes
The optimization of tax and customs administration is highly expected by the local business. At a roundtable held by IDIS - Viitorul" on February 7, 2012 at Hancesti, over 30 participants expressed their fears and expectations from the responsible institutions for economic governance. The event took place in the context of efforts to agree on common priorities of the business environment, regardless of specific sectorial interests. Thus was made a common platform, known as the National Business Agenda from Moldova.

Business associations representatives, economic leaders presented Moldovan national business Agenda at an international conference in Chisinau on November 22, 2011. The Conference encourages the leading Business Associations of Moldova to present their views and policy ideas to improve the climate for business and investment to spur economic growth. The NBA process is a process that aims to connect real business leaders with their counterparts of the Government, outstanding international and domestic stakeholders.

Representatives of business community requests to the prime-minister to promote effective structural reforms not just on paper
The most representative business associations send an official letter to the prime-minister on July 11, 2011, requesting for the support of the reforms in justice and business sectors. The 30 signers of the letter express their concern with the selective justice, which diminishes the confidence in constitutional state and the objectivity of the judicial system. Another reason of concern is the weakness and inefficiency of state institutions, who can not assure equal conditions and a real competition of the market. Moreover, the business associations state the repression of the state and an accusing approach in the relations with the state.

On April 22, 2010, the representatives of the private sector community the representatives of the private sector community presented to the Parliamentary Commission of Economy, budget and finances a priority legislative package of immediate measures necessary for stabilization of the local business environment and stimulating private initiative, based on transparency and fighting corruption. Proposals have been made within the National Business Agenda - a common platform of 26 business associations.
