The BTD Fellowship provides a comprehensive training to a group of highly-motivated young and responsible future leaders, public-sensitive, accountable and promising young European leaders in Moldova. The BTD Fellowship endows its successful applicants with the necessary skills and networking capabilities to conduct public policy studies, to succeed in well-run public campaigns, to use statistics and decode survey results, to assess public and state policies. The BTD Fellows has set up benchmarks for assimilating effective political activities, economic and public policy theories and analysis, while exercising modern sets of communicative techniques. This will provide a splendid opportunity for the selected young leaders to exercise political dialogue and learn how of compromise, to deliver effective messages and stick to the original commitments.
