Political Learning School: A leader must be able to use more than his own abilities
At the first session of the course "Concepts of political learning and political leadership", held on October 21 - 22 , young people found out what qualities needs a leader to spice kitchen policy, that he innovates, creates and develops things wchich should be done to realize long term objectives and, that the professional potential is not enough to become a successful leader in actual society.
