Those 35 participants represent the active group of young people from 8 localities (Negureni, Horodiste, Mihailovca, Cantemir, Telenesti, Sipoteni) and they due to implement in their community a project idea. About writing projects, young people knew at the previous seminar. "The effective communication between project team members determines the successful implementation of a project. It is therefore important for the team members to keep in touch and the project manager to explain the responsibility of each", said Ghenadie Mocanu, trainer and project coordinator. Students were satisfied about the topics of seminars, affirming that the information shared will be useful in future project ideas. "I liked the discussed topics, especially about the risk management and, I appreciated the fact that finally we got participation certificates," said a participant of the seminar. At the previous seminars, participants proposed ideas on community development projects in several areas, including: arranging the stadium for the leisure time of young people (Negureni); professional orientation of young people (Horodiste); the museum village arrangement (Mihailovca); the intellectual game "What, Where, When"(Cantemir); aesthetic arrangement of the community (Sipoteni); creating a center for professional orientation (Telenesti). The seminar took place within the project "Involving young people in local authority decision-making in Republic of Moldova”. The project is implemented by IDIS “Viitorul” and AGORA CE with the financial support of the Czech Foreign Ministry, Transition Program and, aims to motivate young people to participate in decision - making process at the local level.
