Young Political Leaders Club meeting on March 22 was dedicated to discuss research themes of Liuba Chirilov and Enachi Silvia, two of participants at Political Training School. Thus, Enachi Silvia spoke about the quality indices, their classification and significance for assessing the political process in Moldova. About the State Automated Information System – Elections (SAISE) spoke Liuba Chirilov who aims through her research to analyse the impact of this initiative which will enable efficient control of legality and transparency of the electoral process in Moldova. The objectives pursued by Liuba Chirilov include: evaluating the financial potential of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) and the human potential engaged at elections. "We will succeed or not until 2015 to implement this system?" is the assumption made by the participant for researching this subject? "It's an important issue. It's a topic that really deserves to be exploited”, said Leonid Litra, the moderator of the event. After brief presentations of the research themes, other participants present at the event expressed their views and made useful recommendations. Some proposed that Silvia’s research to be focused on a specific subject, to focus on efficiency and effectiveness and, not least, to assess political phenomena in a certain period of time. "To determine clearly what to choose. To have something more concrete. To put temporary limits and to emphasis on the substance", suggested the expert IDIS “Viitorul", Leonid Litra. As about Liuba’s study, participants expressed support for the actuality of the subject and its arguments. .........................................................
