Chisinau mayoralty and IDIS - Viitorul" launched today the EU-funded project - Increasing energy efficiency of Chişinău and Sevastopol municipalities based on existing positive experience". IDIS - Viitorul" will provide expertise rooted in local specifics in each BM and will contribute to the action by raising awareness of all stakeholders regarding EE issues; also they will promote the action by ensuring its coverage by the mass-media.
