Moldovan Parliament is not enough and enough accessible for its citizens. These deficiencies may be overcome by showing political will and joint efforts of the Parliament and civil society.   Here are the preliminary result of the national report - Transparency, accountability and civic participation in the Black Sea Region -“ a plea for open Parliaments in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Georgia", supported by the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation and German Marshall Fund.
